Which PDFs are supported?
PDF, PNG, JPG, WebP · Up to 20 MB · 100 pages per PDF PNG, JPG and WebP: one image uses one page credit. Maximum 16 megapixels, 8,000 pixels per side and 4:1 aspect ratio. Long screenshots are not supported yet. Upload PDFs or images, review each file, and export the selected transactions together.
Text-based or scanned?
Open the PDF and try to select a word. If the text highlights, the file is text-based. If the whole page behaves like a picture, it was scanned or photographed, and it isn't supported yet.
How to get a text-based statement
- Log in to your online banking.
- Open statements or documents and choose the month.
- Download the PDF instead of printing and scanning it.
Files that are rejected without using pages
- Scanned or image-only PDFs.
- Password-protected PDFs.
- Damaged files or files that aren't real PDFs.
- Files over 20 MB or 100 pages.
