Refund Policy

Automatic page returns

• Failed pages release their reserved credits automatically.
• Pages without transactions are not charged.
• Repair retries never use extra pages.

Money refunds

• Duplicate charges are refunded after we verify them.
• A purchase whose pages are still unused can be refunded within 7 days of the order.
• Other quality disputes are reviewed individually — we may return pages or refund money.

How to request

To request a refund, email hi@bankstatementconverters.net with your order number, purchase email address and reason. We aim to reply within 2 business days.

After a refund

Unused pages from a refunded order are removed, and the change appears in your page ledger.

Canceling a subscription

Cancel renewal yourself in Billing at any time. The current cycle remains active until its end date; canceling doesn't refund the current cycle automatically.
